400 gramas de açúcar refinado
200 ml de leite de coco
100 gramas de coco ralado
100 ml de água
Modo de Preparo:
Separe as gemas das claras e peneire.
Misture as gemas com açúcar, leite de coco, coco ralado e água.
Unte a forma com manteiga e açúcar, adicione a mistura e asse a 180ºC por 45 minutos.
