Compal's latest launch, Compal Origens Marmelo do Alentejo, is much more than an exclusive edition. It's a product that embodies the values of a brand that wants to position itself alongside portuguese fruit producers and, in this case, it's also the realization of a dream. Aurora Santos, a fruit grower, always had the ambition to plant quinces in Alentejo, and in 2014, when she was one of the first people to receive support from the Compal Frutology Center, she had the opportunity to start sowing the seeds of her future.
