This is the Operation Market Garden (Panzer Elite) campaign playthrough for Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts with no commentary.
Playing on normal difficulty.
I am planning to complete all primary objectives and secondary objectives, as well as getting the award/badge/medal for each mission.
Loading times have been sped up to save time.
Graphics on ultra settings.
Mission 1: Wolfheze

For anyone who sees this in future. Don't click on the AA pieces in the base, it will take the control away from the AI player and add the unit cap into your own pop cap. Leaving you with little to no pop cap to reinforce your undermanned squad.

This is a perfect example of a tastefully done German campaign in WW2. This doesn't have you playing as genocidal Nazi's, but as loyal German soldiers just trying to defend their homeland. It's such a shame that no games these days let you play as the Germans in WW2 as a campaign besides Battlefield's "The Last Tiger" segment. I view that as pandering to the Allies, which can be seen as insulting to the Axis powers. Yes, Hitler was a monster, but not every German agreed with him.

I agree with most of what you said but this battle wasnt exactly them defending their homeland, this was in The Netherlands, a small yet important distinction

I love the physics in this game as it can get pretty funny when you can set the physics graphic settings on High and see infantry units go flying when caught in an explosion or exploded vehicle.

That was one of the funniest things I saw here. That and a German soldier eating a grenade to the face like a champ and not even flinching.

This takes place during the war, specifically the event: 'Operation Market Garden', but from the point of view of the Germans.

Everytime i see German Campaign, it's always bring me back my childhood memories.., i mean back in the day there's many RTS WW2 game that include German in their campaign, compare now only for Allies Side

Sudden Strike 4 has the Axis Campaigns in the form of the Germans and in the Pacific Theatre DLC,Japanese.The North Africa DLC also have you control Italian Units alongside their German allies.
