I realy like that you use sour cream. Most corn casserole dishes are prepared with cream cheese which can be hard on a stomach . A couple of us can not eat cream cheese because of the discomfort it causes and for us sour cream doesn't cause any of those issues. We love corn casserole and I can't wait to try your version of it! Ms Rachel. This corn casserole is awesome! I have fixed it twice since Christmas. It’s really delicious. Paired it with Enchiladas and refried beans for a great dinner. Love the channel!

You know what, Rachel...I really wish you would do an episode or two on gardening your own herbs and veggies. I've never grown anything, but I would like to learn.
