They didn't say they were melting it did they? I agree there is always a biproduct, but there is also with landfill waste. Some People (not saying you) Want recycling without any fumes, want clean energy, but not natural gas because of CO2, want wind power, but don't consider the cost of the birds being killed or the short life span of the turbines, want solar, but dont want the rare minerals mined in their country/state/town.
I will admit, that their website is very VERY vague on details....as are many green energy products. For example, there is no description of how much additional energy is needed to produce said gasoline. The contract is also (obviosuly) in the companies favor. ¢15 per gallon of gasoline created as well as 10% from other byproducts made. 2 ton plant can make 246 gallons per batch (it doesn't say how many batches per year can be made). Just a guess, this is probably uses more energy to make Than traditional gasoline and wouldn't happen without green energy credits. Juuuust a guess.
