For 100 bucks, with a little bit of a touch-ups on the paint, that figurine could look really good. It's a great thing that the areas that need touch-ups are not difficult to paint, I mean if the eyes were bad, not anybody could correct it. But everybody can paint the pouch, the bandages on the leg and the hair, they are a solid color. The pakkun looks pretty bad, I don't think it would be easy to save, but you can always take it out and display only Kakashi and the Susano. I don't know what happened to the susano's nose, I don't know how to fix that so that's a shame
Since it’s made from pvc, there’s a pretty solid chance you could fix the nose by heating it with a heat-gun/hairdryer and supporting it into the shape you want until it cools
Just repaint it its still be cheaper than the real statue sinse most cant afford it that what I do with many china figures instead of buying 150 to 250 per figure I pay 30 dollars and another 10 in paints but these china statues will never compare to the real thing in size but the paint job can be done.
Also who tf knows just how to do an awesome paint job out of thin air? You need to Know who to freaking paint. You just dont go buy paint and art supplies and start going to town. Anyway If im going to repaint it i might as well sculpt one from scratch or 3d print some shit which the former not many can do with out years and years of practice. So buying hq statues is the way to go for most.

I bought a madara and obito statue while on the tree off of amazon and I can't wait for it to come. If u know how good it is compared to the better one lmk. I think u should go with a Madera comparison next.
I want to see the edo tensei madara next. And while I can quiet clearly see the knock off is much worse. I am poor AF so the knock off is the only thing I can afford.

I don't think recast ones are not that bad too. It is just cheap so so much people can afford it. But we should try to manage and buy the statues since some recast ones may be a little bit more expensive than other recast ver but still they may be designed with more details.
Like anything, you definitely get what you pay for. If you pay high prices more then likely it’s gonna be better than a cheap one. I’m a beginner collector so I know it’s not always easy to buy the higher costing ones but it is most definitely worth it. I do have some cheaper pvc ones that don’t look too bad for what I paid for them. Until I can get the better ones. ☺️😀
There’s only a few characters in the naruto series I really care for &/or very fond of, due to how their character were presented...but all these statues are so cool
Yeah but once you get you first big hq statue its amazing you just want to stare at it all day long lol then get another one immediately after you set it up. Theres so much presence with these huge resin statues. Pictures and video never do these things justice either.
I will definitely pay $150 for the replica before I pay a thousand dollars for the original there's really not a big difference this guy is specifically pointing out all the flaws and the replica like he needs to make you not like it but to me it looks perfectly fine the nose that's been downwards I'm pretty sure that's not how it came I'm pretty sure he glued it wrong but now he's trying to say that it came like that.....$1,000 for the original you got to be crazy I'll take the replica hands down anytime

True the recast or china version has a lot of issues but its not meant for the people with big wallets but for those that want it and could never afford to spend 700 to 1000 hell some cost almost 2000. I had plans to get one and repaint it but this year 2020 hurt my emergency saving alot
Does gkfavor sell recast? Im thinking of getting some statues over there i dont care if it's unlicensed as long as its high quality been buying from sites like bigbad and sideshow but the licensed resin anime statues seem to be lacking esp quarter scale and up. Seems like theres so many studios ive never heard with awesome resin statues. Seen a couple of 2bs along with a couple of aces from OP that look really good. Just dont want to drop 500 plus on a statue and it be crap.

Luckily I made my research, I was about to buy a statue of madara susanoo that looked like the one of TOP studios, but was for 150ish on amazon, but then I stumbled on this video, then compared the like the kakashi one to the original one, and figured out the one on amazon was fake, also I figured out about the PVC thing and also madara's was in PVC so basically this video saved me 150ish bucks

Basically a deposit is like an upfront payment for the statue. After you pay the deposit fee, you will have to pay the rest over time. The full payment is how much you will have to pay overall for the figure. The deposit allows you to pay for it overtime as you make money. I hope this helps!
