COMPARING ALL MY GREEN PALETTES! GlamLite Dirty Martini Palette Comparison Swatches REVIEW Tutorial

I can see how the Dirty Martini and the Wilderness palette seem alike.

I like the review with the comparisons and quicker tutorials. The comparisons are really helpful in determining whether I already have something similar. 🍸

I am so glad you compared the pallet to the tribe by Julius place. I don’t hear a lot of talk about that pallet anymore, but I really love it. I also think the tribe has a lot of the same colors as the new Natasha Denona mini palette.

🍸 I like the comparisons, but I also like the shade by shade review. Have you ever tried a silicone eyeshadow applicator for the squishy shimmer eyeshadows. I'm curious if it would work better than a tradition brush.

I love seeing the comparisons to similar palettes that is super helpful but I do prefer the tutorials where you discuss each shade as you use it x

I don’t mind either way of reviewing. I watch because I enjoy all your videos! You should do whatever is more feasible for you. I think it’s a pretty palette but this monochromatic thing is done a lot, so I could see someone buying it if they are mega fan of green eyeshadows (like you) or don’t have many green eyeshadows and enjoy the glamlite formula. I think their formula is just okay. My favorite formulas are Sydney Grace, ABH and JDGlow. 🙂

A year late, but I just found you a few weeks ago. My preference is comparison videos. It’s nice to just get the info when trying to decide or find alternate shadows. I very much like tutorials, preferably as dedicated tutorial videos.

Juvia's Place Tribe palette was rereleased recently (as was the Saharan 2). Both are listed as out of stock now...not sure if that is permanent.

Wow! Didn't realize how close the BB and the GL are. I wanted the GL one but the shipping cost the same as the palette and in BB I can even get free shipping sometimes. So glad you did this comparison, now I'm less upset about not owning the GL palette.

I appreciate seeing comparisons and discussion on formula in a review. I'm here to see how close the center shade in the Mandalorian palette is to Classic from Dirty Martini because I've been drawn to the center shade in the Mandalorian since it's release. I was recently pleasantly surprised to hear you talk about not liking the formula of shimmers in Odens Eyes palettes because everyone I watch glosses over the nuances in formula when gushing about these palettes. In my experience many of Odens Eyes shimmers get hard pan, don't seen like they would work well with a brush and some even are so chunky that I don't understand how I'm seeing the results in swatches that I see online. That being said, if it's too much to do both in 1 video, you could always make 2 videos and focus on comparisons in the 2nd video.

Thank you for shopping your stash with this new palette. Just some feedback on the topic of comparing...I wish you talked more about the differences other than the similarities in color. Too much time on disclaimers and explanation on "the why" you were comparing every batch, but not on your observation/review on the formula, which you like better for what shade, etc.

Love seeing swatches of the new palette. I like an actual review vs a first impression. Comparison swatches are fun to see also, but I like to see tutorials on high speed. I get bored seeing tutorials in real time, so I appreciate you speeding them up! I also like 3 looks in 1 palette videos, those will get me to click on a video.🍸

Can like both comparisons as well as tutorials. Maybe you can compare on 1 video then do a 3 looks or something? I know. I know. I'm speaking as if you've got so much spare time or something... If I must choose one though, I like the comparison videos better. I'm really surprised BH Avocado palette wasn't put in here. I can't remember if you have that one though...

As a makeup artist, and in the midst of a pandemic, the thought of going into a shimmer shade with a finger onto my client’s eyeballs gives me e heebie-jeebies (I wear latex gloves when I work on clients now so the bare finger is not an option)! I also find that in a rush on a shoot, to spray my brush and dip into the shimmer is not always an easy solution (especially if you are doing the same look on multiple models - the shadow gets wet and not easy to pickup when you are rushing - I spray with a quick dying alcohol between clients). Love your eyeshadow looks and this palette has stunning shades. If anyone has a solution to get the shimmers to pop, I’d love to read. 🥝🥑🫒💚💚💚✨
