Hey guys!! Today I am playing with 2 new palettes from the Happy Hour Collection from Glamlite! I picked up the Dirty Martini and Chocolate Martini Palettes and although the colors or some are different tank I expected, I am really happy with them so far! Sooo many pretty shimmers!! I absolutly want a build your own palette - heavy on the dirty martini palette with some of the chocolate in it. But that green eye was so mesmerizing - you should do more as it brings out our eyes so much!

I have to say, you have the best swatches and I love how you show the makeup up close. It’s always in perfect lighting and the colors looks exactly in real life. There’s so many creators on here (who I like) but they chose to show palettes in artificial yellow light 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s pointless

I haven’t ordered a new eyeshadow palette in a year and back when I was buying more palettes to build my collection I would think about a palette for at least a week before making my decision. I ordered the Dirty Martini palette 5 minutes after I first saw it. I am so excited for it to come in the mail.

Glamlite’s packaging makes “the little girl in me” squeal in delight every time I see them in my collection - I love keeping my Dirty Martini palette in its bottle (I’m so geeky about it that I even went so far as to carefully split the “cap label” to keep it on & looking unopened.) Anywhoozie, your chocolate 🍫 look went spectacularly with your new hair coloring, dear Lauren & the green 🫒 look was absolutely fab!👌

Ok, I LOVED that you gave a description along with each swatch. Really helpful, since the photos of these palettes online look so different from each other, so it was hard to tell exactly what colours you were getting.

Those deep raspberry cocoa vibes are making me feel the feels for this palette. I do wish they didn’t ship in those plastic containers tho…just straight landfill fodder 🤨

Yeah they’re cute but they are not practical or very environmentally friendly. But that’s my feeling about most of Glamlite’s packaging and why I haven’t purchased anything. It’s just too MUCH.

Glamlite is my favorite eye shadow brand. Every palette hits. I haven't been disappointed and I have almost all of their palettes. The packaging is something you want to display. I do anyways. I keep all my unit cartons.

I was interested in them but then the other day i counted how many eyeshadow palettes I had (46) and was shocked and told myself no more till after the new year or till I declutter. Because I love all the palettes I have now.. they are beautiful!😻😻😻😻😻

I love how you teach me how to really look at palettes and explain the shades. You’re just so talented. I ordered both of these and they are just so gorgeous!! At my age I really didn’t get into ordering makeup. I always preferred going into Sephora and Ulta and getting my stuff. But over the last 2 yrs I’ve been ordering palettes. You did show what I don’t need BUT also showed me what’s worth buying and these were. The Mikayla came back in stock and I ordered that for my daughter and the highlighter. My daughter loves her and she’s so excited it came back in stock. You’re so much fun to watch and just so talented!!

I do think this collection might be the one that makes me finally try Glamlite...as for the bottles, i think i'm going to repurpose them and display on my vanity; perhaps for hair ties or other makeup tools and things.

I love the green look on you! I have a feeling you're not used to seeing your new hair with a warmer lip in contrast with the green.. but I could be totally projecting. It's still beautiful. I feel like with green, I like to pair it with cooler light aspects of pink, but that's on my skin tone and with my personal preferences.

I love your top in this video! When I had pink hair, one of the unforseen problems was that I only wanted to wear clothes that matched lol. I ended up going back to blonde after about 6 weeks

The Martini palette looks like a lovely selection of greens. However, I'm super turned off by the bulky, plastic bottle. I don't want that in my home and am unsure whether it can be recycled. All I see is waste. It's sad, as this is one of the nicer green colour stories available

Try the BH Avocado Toast palette if you’re vibing with the color story but not the packaging. It’s very similar and great quality. Extra bonus? It’s even cheaper.

I like that you don't do a wing and use false lashes all the time like so many others. Your looks are always more appealing and a little easier to feel like I can get a similar look if I tried. Also love the shimmers.

I just ordered both of these before watching videos so now I'm doing that. I think I'm going to love them both a lot. I have a lot of purple palettes already and I'm not into the Margarita colors. Have a free different brands palettes coming in the next week. Love it!
