@@supwell I would probably replace the cumulus with the novablast, and maybe the 880 with the rebel v3

i would go for the pegs since 800m training tends to be faster intervals and the pegs are more dynamic

the adizero sl has a bit higher stack so i prefer it for 10+ mile runs

@@dpanmanI really love the firmness of the SLs after 50 miles. What would you compare the firmness of the Pegasus 40 too? Also, which upper do you prefer?

if you prefer a softer cushioned feel, the pegasus. if you want something firmer and a bit more stable, then the adizero SL
