These are great. Love that you periodically release one of these! 😁You have great self-control for being able to keep packages for weeks or months without opening them, haha. 😎👌
So glad to see you back!! I always love your videos 🙌🏽❤️ the best surprise I got in a Poshmark package was 2 extra tops and a $10 bill!!! I was so shocked 😳 she wrote a note and said it was because she found a stain on the sweatshirt I bought and felt bad so she sent me the extra items and half my purchase price back in cash! Crazy part is that I never could find the stain! I loved all the items she sent and wear them still ❤️
Kristi Terrazas I’m glad I’m in a category that sent cash with the shipment after I found a small hole in the item! It’s just the right thing to do I think, and It expedites the mailing process, instead of writing them and letting them know what happened, and then waiting for them to write back saying if they’re still want it or not…
I HATE overstuffed mailers! I hate opening them and I wouldn't want to send an overstuffed packaged for fear of the customer cutting up the item. I use the tyvek mailer the most so there is room enough to open the package up. I use thank you stickers on my inside clear packages. Thanks for the video!!!
Hello!! New subscriber here 👋👋 cute video!! I used to LOVE sending out packages wrapped on the outside but then a lot of people pointed out that it's a higher chance of them getting stolen!! So now the magic happens inside the packages!! Loved this video! & You should wear hats!! It suits you!!
Thanks Beth! It will probably be a couple years before I'm at 25K. haha I'll have to try to get used to wearing it so I can get some use out of the hat!
@@kj1227icecap I wrap my items in tissue if the item is not too big I tie ribbon then I place them in ziploc bags. If the item is too big for 1 ziploc I use 2 and tape the middle to seal the opening. If the item is large and can sustain water damage, I use super large bags and seal them with tape. I find these large bags at furniture outlets or stores, they don't charge for these bags. If the item is breakable, I use foam to shield the item, then I use bubble wrap & use pieces of foam to protect the item from moving around. It's a few extra steps but customers appreciated it. I have been selling for a few years now and thus far no complaints from my customers. Always include a thank you card or sticker. Shows your appreciation for their business.
Hiya Amber, fun video! I like when people recycle as well, I always did & wrote we recycle!” on the box with a smiley face since the 70s & always got great feedback. It’s sweet to send things packaged nicely but sadly most of the time you can’t recycle 🙁. That hat looks great on you, you should wear hats! Have a lovely weekend & good to see you! Jet 🧡🎸🎶⚡️🦇👻😈🎃🕷(I’m *always* in Halloween mode, it’s even the day I chose to get married!)
Hey Amber! I'm thinking I'm going to keep and try to wear it somewhere that it would serve a purpose, like a soccer game or something where it can block the sun. Lol
So are you making the sellers wait three days to get paid because you’re not accepting the packages or do you accept them anyway even though you have not opened them?
I definitely recommend opening within 3 days so you can return if needed. I only wait, so that I can record these videos and show a bunch of packages at once. Obviously, the downside of doing that is that I cannot return anything.
These are so much fun to watch! Packaging is one of my favorite things about selling on posh!i know it’s not likely to happen because there are so many posh closets, but I always think how cool would it be to see you open a package from my closet! Lol thank you for sharing! @stephcas43
I'm a Poshmark seller and I thought we could only use Priority boxes and envelopes. Are mailers like the green and white one acceptable? I read on the app to use only priority boxes or envelopes.
You can reuse boxes that you have at your house, like the one that bundle of three items was sent in. You can also use decorated polymailers, which was what the green and white mailer was.
I struggled so much to get my post office to listen to me when I told them I can ship priority for Poshmark. So many times they made me change the package to a different box. Even after I took them a letter directly from a Poshmark manager the post office argued. Poshmark had to reach out to my post office and talk to the supervisor to let him know that there is an agreement between Poshmark and usps 🥵
By the way, you look super cute with a cap you just never wear them that’s why you feel weird. It’s just out of your comfort zone but it’s not always bad to try new things. As far as the cap, A+
Great video! The gift tags were a nice touch. I like to see how others package their items as well. I always have casual work clothes in my closet. Feel free to stop by...@lovrie
Well the second order is the only one that I included shipping in the price I said. It was $20 per item for that one, which actually was probably less than average if you add in shipping to the others.
