Comparing the Evernew Ti Ultralight 1.3L pot to the Olicamp XTS 1L pot 

I was gonna say “oh they’re back” but then I realized this is an old video 😂

I like your short video it's straight to the point. I have the Olicamp ELECTRON STOVE WITH XTS POT COMBO. I like that the fuel canister, burner and cleaning sponge all fit in the canister saving space in my backpack. I am down here in Raceland Louisiana where Hurricane Ida hit. I bought my Electron Stove with XTS Pot Combo probably 6 or 7 years ago only using it maybe 4 or 5 times a year I spent 6 weeks using it 5 to 6 times per day heating water and canned soups and beans it is an excellent stove it got the job done and I didn't have to find a lighter every time I used it. I am glad that I have it. It was a life saver. It can also be used in a tent when it's raining.

Wow! So cool! Really cuts down on what you need to carry! Even just a camping trip for a week. Better than carrying a Camp stove, and fresh food. You can bring a couple of these and use along with cooking over a fire, if allowed to have one where you go. I love to camp, but the body does not! I would be better suited to glamping now! Keep the spine safe! But cooking? I’d use these and dehydrated food, as well as a selection of fresh foods. I love to cook!

Sterno or chefs gel in Afghanistan I had a 10 oz sterno can light it Cook put the lid back on,I used it for 15 minutes a night every night it lasted like 3 months

Jet boil is probably the best if you're not gunna be hitting any really cold Temps. If it does happen to drop down, you better throw that gas can in your bag and sleep with it to keep it from freezing up on you.

what do you do if you run out of fuel and your nowhere near a town to pick up some more?

have you ever tried a jetboil minimo as it is very efficient and has a fuel regulator so you can cook on it and doesn't just boil water

Hey thanks for the comparison. I can’t tell what size of canister you put inside the olicamp pot, was it a 4 oz or 8 oz canister? And also, how secure is the Olicamp when sitting on top of the pocket rocket 2? Are the feet wide enough to hold the pot without worrying it will slip off? Thanks!

Cooking with aluminum is not worth your long term health. Just get stainless steel. Yeah the weight is annoying, but you will melt your brain with that ish

I hate my evernew 1.3L, the lid doesn't fit well inside the edge instead of regular ti pot where the lid cover/sit over the edge of the pot. I don't understand why they build it like this.

I looked at a bunch of them.. unfortunately aluminum is horrible for our bodies when heated and ingested in small amounts - and titanium isn’t much better. Cast iron is best, but way too heavy- so we settled for stainless steel, even though it is heavier than both aluminum and titanium.

I know it’s going to sound funny I don’t understand but why can’t you stop on the way isn’t a small towns to buy food and why do you sleep outside not in the sleeping bag? Isn’t it dangerous? I would be scared and do you carry a weapon with you and do people stop and talk to you while you walk and what you do when it rains for Florida we don’t have extreme weather like this only heat so it’s very strange for me to see people walking through the country with this one pair of clothes and one pair of underwear on.
