Wonyoung is such a hardworking girl, two days ago she was in paris for work then she flew back to korea and immediately had two festivals performances right after. Today again she pre recorded for musik bank early in the morning + two other festivals :( she looked so tired, i hope she can rest well and ive members too. Despite all of this her members say that wonyoung never show how tired she is but is always there to support her members and help them. Her vocals and dance have been amazing in this comeback !!

I think people also forget that most idols have not had to pay a single cent themselves at the start of their career. Most of it is mummy and daddy’s money. That’s how the “rich” idols get their head-start in life. It’s not hate but it is the truth. Obviously there are exceptions but they are mostly idols that come from a poor or rough background

This is why I don't understand the hate Wonyoung gets when people points out that she get treated better in Starship like she should be treated the best because she's the money maker in the company! But I will probably hate the company more if IVE members do not also get the best treatment. It's hard to pinpoint why certain idols get the most endorsement deals, but its clear they're all beautiful. For example, IU has a massive amount if endorsements to the point where her FB looks like nothing but stuff she's advertising. Even the 4th Gen idols like Wonyoung probably don't even need to make any money from their GG at all considering how much she makes in endorsements. It's why you constantly see Twice, et al with sponsors, the amount they make or will make in the end probably trumps that of any sort of money they'd see from album sales. I for one am glad they can branch out and profit this way when you factor in streaming and services like Spotify paying artists practically nothing.

Have you not heard of the scandal where yg entertainments ceo took blackpinks tour money and gambled it? So no it’s illegal because they pay the company for the idol, the idol however doesn’t get payed till they pay off their trainee debt. Not including the percentage the company takes from their idols. That’s how the kpop industry works.
