I've been watching your channel for couple months and watch every episode but unfortunately can't understand your content when you don't talk in english, I use voice translator and ... to try to understand what you are saying but fail to understand. One of my relative mother is 78 yrs old widow indian ,she is going to be a canadian citizen shortly ,she has several old aged medical issues and is looked after by her canadian daughter and her children .old ladies only son is 45 plus yrs old is not capable enough to immigrate to canada under express entry general immigration system or any application for temporary residence to canada nor has travelled to any visa issuing country ,is there any legal remedy for that lady to file a writ petition to the canadian courts to create a special path for his son to come to canada to find a job in canada and become that old ladies support ,please guide

Sir,i got appointment letter..and they have sent me details of certain American visa agent(in India)...and yesterday i sent him my information...today they submitted my application (for completion i need to pay 190$ ..) But i don't know how i can be sure if i m actually paying to us immigration...)
