@@bathoundso I got my first batting practice using a Tee today, I did order a pop toss btw. My farthest hit was roughly 290’-295’ out of 80 hits off the Tee. Could you tell me a few things about the bat? I’m curious what you’d guess my max distance would be if it were broken in completely? I assume the bat does need broke in but I’m not sure. Also, do you feel a ball travels further when it’s pitched to the bat, vs being hit from a stand still tee? Sorry if silly questions. I’m very new to slow pitch softball 😅

what bat would you recommend for white mushy f12 clinchers ?

Sorry I haven't personally spent enough time hitting with that ball to be able to give a suggestion from experience. But I can say that I have heard from a decent amount of folks that the Easton Ghost is a good option for it. That would be cool because that bat doesn't perform with the 52/300 for me :)

thanks for watching! Hmmm, I'm not sure yet. There are some very solid 2023 bats. I love the Proton Smith. I love the alloy handle Monsta Torches. I love the KoD bats I've swung. I really like the Suncoast Backlash balanced, and the end load model is simply amazing feeling in the swing. Will be hard to order them.

Isn't the Uncle Slam just a repaint? Do you think it just did worse because of the weight difference?

I think the answer to that is yes but I don't know exactly. It would be the first sinister to be made in a 24oz. So either way I was very interested to try it. I think the KoD took it because of the extra ounce but also that 1oz end load. I'm still hoping the 24oz can become a stand out.

How does the weighting of the KoD feel compared to a Sinister or Anarchy Streets?

Sorry on the delay. The end loaded KoD bats are closer to the Streets in feel. The end load is noticeable but I don't find it to be extreme. I don't notice going from a sinister to one of these to be a major difference unless I'm either tired/fatigued, or I've been taking batting practice with the end loaded bat for a while. Then picking up the midload feels lighter.

@bathound Bat Hound!! Stellar as always. I game a Torch all day long no matter the situation. I really want a KOD and I can get any of the 4 versions in both weights, balanced or endloaded. I am guessing the 25 oz Balanced is not going to feel like it has as much weight in the barrel compared to a true 25 oz Torch Midload? Do you think the 25 oz balanced KOD will feel like a true Torch? I have a feeling the balanced will be too light...24.5 oz endload more like a true Torch? 25oz with a 1 oz endload feel like more than a Torch? Any thoughts? Just trying to get as close to a Torch feel as possible because the KOD looks so damn cool!Love the channel and watch everything you put out!

from the ones I've picked up so far, the 24.5 might feel the closest to me to the Sinister and Torch, and maybe especially since a lot of the M5 Torches and Sinisters have been scaling closer to the sticker weight.

@bathound So a 24.5 in balanced or an endload would feel like a 25 oz Torch M2? Just trying to get as close as possible to the feel of an M2 Torch. Thanks for replying

Oops sorry I meant the .5oz end load in the 24.5. But a 25oz with .5oz would prob be fairly similar too.

I thought I saw some on the smash it sports website yesterday. I didn’t do a close look at what models they had though so I don’t know if the 1oz was on there. I’m just assuming that to be the case.
