i still dont get that. animals dont brush thier teeth and they are perfectly fine. an im sure humans before 10000 years didnt have toohbrush or at least a toothpaste and acoording to the skulls archeologists had found thier teeth were fine. i think its all about healthy diet. you have saliva for a reason and it is anti inflammatory so if you have good saliva youll be fine this comment grew a hell lot than i expected 😶

To be honest I was in a little depression and use to overslept (I still do) and skip a meal and when I wake up I never brush and go to eat... I continue this for more than 7-8 months... But I didn't suffered any major problem... But the whiteness of my teeths faded a little bit... Now from about 2-3 weeks I brush my teeth still skipping 2-3 days sometimes 🙁...
