The "unmodernised" Konstal tram is actually a different type of mod, but there are quite a few original slam door Konstal trams which can be easily found on lines 19 and 21
I should have called it the lesser modernized Konstal tram. I didn't see any older Konstal trams anywhere and I also didn't see any unmodernized Duewag trams. Was a bit disappointing.
Maybe they're a bit harder to find now because of the new Moderus single car trams. There are a few original Duewag trams still left in operation but not much.
