Please double check, but that no rep for Mars on test 3 was a rep. Reading the standards this year it did not specify that rule, just if you jump all the way over the box, but not when stepping down. I got curious after seen other elite athletes making the same "fault"

As a fellow “FOOSHer” I feel for Chandler and wish him the best. I dealt with a broken wrist for several years before getting health insurance and having surgery to have it bolted back together. He’s tough but I hope he doesn’t do more damage by continuing to train through the pain.

My coach had us do the lunging crossover workout last week. I scaled it to half the weight and they told us to try crossovers for 40 sec and just finish out the set with singles. Really great way to scale the workout. Tough, but surprisingly, I found that the lunges got easier as the workout went on.
