This video is from September, actually; I just forgot to upload it. It features block starts with my former athlete, Ayden Thompson, doing some block starts against his current college teammate. I’ll probably do a breakdown of this video later, as both hurdlers are 7-steppers, but Ayden is 6-4 while his teammates is about three inches smaller.
