One thing about compilations are the quality and variety they offered. These were absolute quality and a must have for collectors. Great video production again 🙂👍
I had Gold Collection III and He-Man NEVER loaded. I had 2 official datasette tapedecks for my C64 and every other cassette I had would work on ate least one of the datasettes...except He-Man. Finally played it on download a few years ago....and realised I didn't miss much 😂😂 Later on I got the 'History in the making' collection that basically had EVERYTHING in one box. I played that collection to DEATH 😂😂😂😂
The first LeaderBoard was a good game but I do prefer the later titles. Reason is less water trap's, to much water on the first LeaderBoard game. Most of them games are definitely worth checking out.
I remember these were some of the best compilations available for the C64 at the time. They always managed to include decent games, unlike the majority of Ocean's compilations which would always put in an awful game as "filler".
That's not an AI picture , its really old , clearly its a another dude under the table to make it look like hes playing really fast on the keyboard hence the dogy 90s blur effect
Solid compilations true to their name, U.S. Gold was really trying during their early years. Sadly way too many shoddy arcade ports tarnish their legacy.
