He only said that it was enclosed in a “handmade cap”, and I’m assuming not the premium service that he says he paid for All that aside, the plaintiff is a charlatan who tried to get over by altering documents. I believe he pushed the defendant because the first thing the plaintiff brought up was a push accusation. How did he know the defendant would bring it up if it wasn’t discussed before? 🤷🏾‍♂️

As an insurance agent, I can tell you this guy was probably gonna file a claim from jump. I bet he got the highest coverage option with the lowest deductible. Since motorcycle insurance isn’t necessarily required in most states (with a few exceptions) he probably took out the policy right before the bike was being transported. I hope underwriting can find this video for next time 🤨. Also your “leathers” are covered under most plans and they replace them with the same brand like Harley Davidson.

I believe Judge Mathis went completely overboard in how he handled this case from the beginning. The plantiff may've been off a bit with respect to how he presented his case but Mathis had no right to react in the manner in which he did. He just seems like he's burned out in my estimation. In need of retirement.
