I always feel much fuller from a omelette than from scrambled eggs even though it’s exactly the same Cals and the exact same ingredients 😂😂

You think that’s strange, I can eat as many fried eggs as I want but I get sick if I eat scrambled or omelettes 😂 have a bad bad intolerance to them, something about the proteins being different when they’re cooked differently??
