Wow. Any time you make over $40k on a modest house it is fabulous. What a great job. Sometime when you do a daily routine you should talk about your weight lifting schedule. My Dad was a competitive weight lifter and my brother is into high school coaching. So, it is obvious you’ve been working on deltoids, trapezius and bicep lifts. Great work. Most of us (me) have been pandemic couch potatoes. Inspiring to see the motivation in your life across several topics.

That house looked way more than 20 years old. I would say more like 30 years.

I would just say you operate a green business. No sense in adding to the landfill if there's nothing wrong with dated attributes to your flips. Saves money, eliminates waste = win win
