Nice work on the Schooner and the MOA. We have built both, love the Pre-approved DADU plans and program. We recieved a DADU permit in 28 days!

28 days wow 🤩 you must have done everything perfect! 👏 I got stuck with 3 correction cycles and it took 3 months this time :( Are you building ADUs for your own investing?

What was the cost for trusses? or whas that included in your lumber price?

Trusses were 3K$ for this house. I would have had the framers hand cut the roof if I could but I messed that up

You’re taking in a TON of risk when you order materials yourself, especially if the order can’t be returned

I used chinook lumber here and surprisingly to me, they will pick up lumber for free returns as long as you stack it correctly. And there prices are quite good, would highly recommend. Are you looking to build as well?
