This is a complete guide to Hug Point State Park, this State Park is located 5 miles south of #Cannon Beach on the #oregon coast. Watch the video to learn about the history of why this State Park is called Hug Point. Great at low tide to view #tidepools and get up close to the rock formations. There is also a #waterfall that you can easily climb to the top and stand in the creek as it flows over the edge. There are some great distorted colored rocks with caves that you can climb into and get great photo opportunities. In July the fog rolls in the morning and you can get great shots of the tide and fog rolling across the beach.

Wow! Your video and presentation were masterful, informative, and aesthetic. Thank you for sharing. I have lived in Astoria, Nehalem, Gold Beach, and Brookings. I find the entire coast to be picturesque and serene. The Oregon Coast is magnificent!

Hi Edward, thanks I appreciate it, I will let my hubby now : ) As a child my grandparents had a home in Newport, Oregon so we used to spend lots of time on the Oregon Coast. Its fun to come back as an adult, I appreciate it more than ever now.
