Thank you for your detailed video. However, I couldn't locate the option to enter the CAS ID. There is no specific section for entering the CAS ID under the area where we input the details of the institute receiving the report. Could you kindly assist me with this?

I’ve searched about 30 schools of public health, and say 90% of them require transcript evaluation. My budget for this application cycle is around 600,000.00NGN. With the fall in naira, that might just be able to pay for 5 application fee. Transcript evaluation might cost around 400,000.00NGN. If I go for evaluation I might not be able to apply to more than two schools. And right now I’m at a crossroads. I’ll love you hear your advice Sir. Thank you.

Better to do it prior to deadline. It takes time for the process to complete. Always advisable to start early. However, if you have already commenced the evaluation process then perhaps you can submit your initial application before the priority deadline and the WES will follow

After Wes evaluation there's chance ya cgpa boast. In that case, will you send Wes evaluation after submitting the unofficial transcript on the apply page which is a most? Or I inform them I'm sending Wes evaluation for them to use to review my application. I mean, if they can use Wes evaluation for review instead of Unofficial transcript or both even though I submitted it. Sorry, I don't know if I'm clear. But in summary, just want to know if I send Wes evaluation at the point of applying online, it can be used to review my application instead of Unofficial transcript. Thanks

What is the email address should I provide to my local university to sent my transcript electronically...?
Are they requesting by email or by mail? You need to be sure. If it is electronic delivery then probably it's email. Otherwise, it is through the mail. Check the website for their correct mailing address.

Hello sir. I am an international medical student from india. I completed my MBBS final year in 2017, in india we have to do mandatory 1 year internship to get final original degree, so after my MBBS final exams i tool a break in internship due to personal reasons and i completed my internship and got my degree in 2020. So what should i keep in the “year awarded” section of WES ? Should i keep 2017 ( the year i passed the finals ) or 2020 ( the year i completed my internship and got my degree) ? Please help.
Hello Dr, thanks for the enlightening videos. I did my WASCE in first secondary school in 1997 but I couldn’t make my paper so I rewrite the exam in another school in 2001 as an external student. Thank you Dr. Banda, I have a question, if at the time of application into MPH programs I picked only SOPHAS in my WES Evaluation, however, down the road, I decided to apply into another graduate school in the US that requires WES Evaluation, is there a way to send the report to that new school (at an additional cost for delivery) or I’ll have to go through the whole process all over again. You don't have to go through the process again. You will only pay the delivery and handling cost. But that is if the package you selected allows WES to save your transcript evaluation.

I submitted both my transcript and WAEC certificate at WES for evaluation since I am in West Africa and seeking undergraduate admission at an American university. Interestingly, the WES finding shows that my GPA is "C" which is represented as 2.00. Their finding has left me confused and when I reached out, they suggested I use a course-by-course evaluation since I earlier used a document-by-document evaluation. Now to you sir; Is it advisable to get an upgrade as advised by WES? Does a course-by-course evaluation give a better explanation of GPA? Lastly, which document is used by WES to calculate one's GPA (High school Transcript or West African examination certificate) as in my case? Thanks for helping Sir🙏
Course by course is always the best. It provides the university insight on the grade you received that is equivalent to US standards. We (the US) use a 4.0 grading scale. A- 4.0, B-3.0, C-2.0, D-1.0, F-0.0. The course by course evaluation will show the university which courses you did well in, and which ones you did not.
Hi I am from India. I have completed my Bachelor' degree by regular mode which was done before my marriage and completed also post graduation certification after my marriage. My name in the UG certificate has my father's name as initial and my name in PG certificate has my husband's name as initial. In this case, when I submit for ECA evaluation will it create a problem. Two ways: 1. Electronic request to your school 2. Physical request is where you fill out a form and submit it to your school yourself. So find out if your school has signed up for electronic delivery or not!

Avoid WES at all costs. They are facing "temporary capacity challenges" they don't tell you about. Please read recent reviews before hiring their services. I, unfortunately, didn't do it and I'm about to miss my deadline because of their incompetence.
@@alabipaul9835 My university sent my transcripts on April 18, 2024 (I know this because the university sent me an acknowledgment of receipt). Since there were no updates on my WES account, I decided to call them because more than a week had passed. On their website, they mention it takes a week for them to notify you that they received the documents. It's almost a month later that I received the notification. Since May 15th, there have been no updates from WES. I've called multiple times, but customer service is unable to provide any useful information. The most important thing here is that it's not just me having this issue. You can see for yourself the number of complaints on their social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). I don't know what you need WES for, but I'm sure there are other options.
