Because this video is wrong on the sets. I closed the video as soon as I saw them list 4/4/1/1/1. It has been proven extensively that mathematically this does not work out period, and it doesn't matter if level 4 echos are easier to farm or not. I don't understand why I've been seeing videos pop up about this, but it's just not true. Level 3s are easy to farm, just select the target from the data bank, hit detect, and keep popping around the map to farm them. Lingering is also just the better set currently, not Glacio. The rotation comments, teams, that's all correct, but not on the above points.

As I mentioned in the video, 4-4-1-1-1 is a midgame build, and 4-3-3-1-1 is an endgame build. It's not a question about how easy they are to farm, it's about damage efficiency. @turtlebirby I never deleted anything :) Firstly, I don't 'source' my information from other creators. I do all the calculations and work on my own. Which you could have seen if you bothered to DM me on discord before assuming I am incorrect. Secondly, it is not any chinese website, it is the OFFICIAL Kuro Games website, which was set up as a tool for PGR, and now branched to include WuWa. All of the calculations are mine from scratch, that is how I get my ratios. All the combos are from literally testing it in game. I use their official wiki to proof check my work. There is a difference. Otherwise I can just do any calculations and assume I made no errors.

I'm using glacio set and what I notice when I'm playing him is the outro skill does pretty good dmg, just wondering if people using lingering set because of the dmg wasn't far away from glacio set and it also boost outro dmg
