Alwin Steinemann founded the company by opening the Meat Centre in the year 1966. Today the company is spezialized in the production of meat an sausages and employs 350 professionals in the processing of meat. The latest achivement is a complete production line for beef products including vacuum packaging. Steinemann uses the thermoform packaging and the shrink bag packaging technology.
