I thought I mentioned it, but upon rewatching it seems I only mentioned the 2pc -- so yes it is a viable set, similar to the other alternatives, but go based on substats until you get Marechaussee (please farm this new domain it's so good)! & i wanna emphasize that using him with 2 electro characters in a taser team is also a very strong option (ex. neuvi + fischl/beidou/flex) - i mention this in the video briefly, but wanted to re-emphasize it, as it is a team comp that I have been really enjoying & can recommend (esp if no kazuha/zhongli) Neuvillette is so sick lmao I hope you guys appreciate the depth & don't mind the length, as there is a LOT of nuance to his kit that i really wanted to cover in detail.
I just notice at the bottom left of the party setup at 24:03 that the name of the setup is "xiao is tall." I mean, even if Neuvillette is levitating from his charge atk, he is still shorter than Xiao when he laments on enemies.
We can all agree that Neuvillette summoning 6 balls from his burst and then using all of it will unleash the real burst itself 😂 he is a premature burstinator!
He's so fun and satisfying to play even without being in max ascension. And incredibly easy to build too since artifacts are weighted to HP stats anyway.
I'm now level him to 70(and wait for the starfish to respawn)He did 10-12k dmg the same as my lv90 Ayato can do... with Prototype ember no less! (my ayato use R5 BP Black sword)
I cant express how helpful those guides are like genuinely. I have dyscalculia so I often struggle to build characters on my own because of all the numbers being thrown at me and not having any idea of what it means or how they stack etc so having someone explain it to me in an easy to understand way and when you use terms you always explain them so even if im not into meta etc i can understand what you are explaining. I've been using your guides for a long while now and my account has greatly benefited from it! (Ive also lurked in streams and its always funny to see the dichotomy between the guide maker and the streamer XD)
Im so sick of farming Machaushiet artifacts for Neuvi. I AM FUCKING CRAZY NOW Neuvi appears, floating in the air, whispering to my ears. Dont worry It will be fast, I just need CR, CD, HP and a little bit of ER. It will be a walk in the park he said. I blindly trust him. I farmed and I farmed, I quickly got a lot of CR and CD circlet. I lvl to 4, and showed him. "Look I got u a circlet with 2 HP sub stat" He then looked at me in disgust " Why are there 2 def stat there?" I lvl it up to 12 hoping it all goes to HP%, I got 10% def. He threw the circlet to my face said "I dont need this". I checked all other circlet, there are none with CD CR sub stat. He shake his head unsastified. "Come back to me when u get one" he commanded Then I got a feather with CD CR HP% I was so happy. It just got flat def, there is no way I would be that unlucky right? Just in a second +20 86 flat def. Neuvi saw and said " This is not what I expect just 26 Crit value? I dont need def. Do U understand? I alr have 50k Zhongdong shield. Stop getting me def" I cried, I tried to lvl up half of all feathers, but nothing can surpass this shitty 26 crit value yet.... After 2 weeks, I got a flower with CD CR but 2 atk stat. +20 total 36 crit value. I showed to Neuvi, there is no emotion in his eyes. He said" acceptable, u should pull Liney for this piece but not for me" I knew but that is the best flower I got for him... I lvl up a CR circlet to lvl 12 I got 14 CD. I happily showed him" Looks I got what u want" Neuvi looked at me in confusion" What? I dont need that much CR, I got 36% from the passive, are u dumb? "But but I said" I gave u Prototype amber so this will be enough CR for u". He rolled his eyes, disapointed " I NEED THE BP ONE" He grabed my credit card. He checked total 110% CR. He commaned me: " I need more CD not CR, redo all. Stay in that domain until u rotten. I want to be the best Blastoise in the whole Teyvat" Im crying, Fotaine is raining, the hydro dragon crying. Because of 126 flat def and 101 EM. UPDATE 2/6/2024 TOP 5% NEUVILLETTE LETS GOOOO UPDATE 4/6/2024 I GOT HIM BUMPED UP TO TOP 2% YOOOOOOOOOOO UPDATE 5/9/24 HE IS NOW RANKED 367 IN THE PROTOTYPE AMBER 120% ER SECTION
I was originally gonna pull for Hutao, but after i actually tried him i'm obsessed. i NEED to get him! His playstyle really reminds me of Wanderer's playstyle, and i LOVE Wanderer.

The reason why Neuvillette is so OP is due to the fact that he is the hydro dragon sovereign. First playable dragon sovereign. Hope there will be more dragon sovereigns to come in the future.
then why tf is venti weaker than kazuha (bruh i'd even take jean over venti because of the heal and i don't see the need for mediocre burst pull) and why is dendro mc the only decent version of traveler?
I was planning on skipping him until I tried him for the rewards, and realized how satisfying he is to play. Was definitely worth pulling for (rip my Wriothesley savings but anniversary will help with that). I found that hyperbloom was my favorite way to play him (with dendro mc, raiden, and zhongli). Currently missing a full 4 piece even though I've been farming the new domain since it came out. Just need a circlet or goblet. His damage is already great even with 2 piece marechaussee and tenacity. Great guide!
I felt the same but imho his gameplay will gets boring pretty fast so I still hold back and waiting for Wriothesley whose attack animations are looking more badass and fun to see.
@@sumedhasolanki was using prototype amber for the time being, worked just fine. Probably wont pull on the weapon banner as I don't tend to buy genesis crystals. Sacrificial jade from the bp is also a good option but I'm gonna get a different weapon this time around.
I was going into the banner wanting to pick up Hu Tao since I already had a good Yelan & C2 Xinqiu, but one trial with Neuvillette changed that. Made me 180 and start pulling for the Judge. Such a fun character!
Her app doesn’t need to be amazing. One vape buys 30 seconds of boosted damage. Her ACTUAL problem in Neuvie teams is that her interrupt resistance is only a fraction of the length of her skill’s uptime, so you’ll only get, at best, two charged attacks before it wears off.
I was originally saving for ayato, but going for him had me no regrets. I havent build him properly yet, and I'm still waiting for his f2p weapon domain, yet he deals massive damage. He's promising if you play him right. Although there are a lot of team comps, I do recommend you go for vaporize or electrocute since his passive triggers more with hydro elemental reactions. His bursts will also be buffed! Not to mention those satisfying numbers in different colors lol
I had Childe already and thought that I didnt need Neuvilette, UNTIL i tried him for the character trial. Oh boy, that charged attack is sooooooooo satisfying, and I ended up pulling for him. He's absolutely fantastic in terms of both gameplay and visual design
I loved his design and character in the quests and seeing him fire his lazor made me instapull. I thought I'd have to wait a week before a good guide about him is released but here you are on day 1.

I do appreciate him trying however ville is one of the exceptions when encountering the double ll . While many people do rightfully think its nu-vi-yet its actually pronounced nu-vi-let. Another reason why I both love and hate french.
An extra thing I'd like to put in! Neuvilettes damage in the abyss is currently inflated by roughly 20 percent due to the current abyss special effect thingy heavily favouring him so also consider that when pulling for him!
Nothing new but we forget anyways. Look how Zy0x was impressed with his inflated performance. He forgot to mention the buff and how big it is for Neuvillette (correct me if I'm wrong). Many people will see the video and will think that those numbers are real. I forget about this kind of thing all the time too. Another thing, abyss buffs aren't all in the same level. Some are better than others. So, unless you calculate how much they increase the perf in every case, you won't know how much dmg is being inflated.
The traveler always mimics the archons' abilities. It's really interesting that the traveler this time is similar to neuvillette and not the hydro archon 🤔 .
in my personal opinion after trying nuevilette , he is very flexible with many teams . in order to triger his 3 stacks of atk buff from his passive , i paired him up with yae lyla and tighnari which is great as all three are off feild supports and dmg dealers . over all he can be used with many many team comps now and in the future and i see great potential in him . i got him specifically for the face that i can use him in the abyss since i use scara and raiden together for swirls , seperating them in order to get through both phases really is troublesome for me . now that i have nuevi and since he is incompatible with scara i can use them seperately and get through abyss
I love how his C1 enhances him by so much to reward people for pulling it, but unlike Hu Tao, it doesn’t feel so vital that it should have been part of his kit from the start. C1 gives him freedom from need for shielding/protection, and lets you pick up hydro resonance without sacrificing damage… but if you pass on it, his ceiling is still super high, his teams are just a bit more limited.
Guys a lil bit trick for the Sacr Jade (Got it at someone) it is said that you need to w8 5 sec off field then switch to Neuv for the Buff to apply then you have 10sec duration of the buff BUT if you switch to a different character at 9sec or below before 10sec then switch back to Neuv then the Buff will refreshed 👍
been using him at lvl 70 with 4/5 artifacts leveled and a lvl 50 sig weapon. he is so fun to play and strong imo. he might not be game breaking/meta but he still deletes enemies for me!
He also made me use fishel as I’ve never used her since the 1.0 patch and now it seems more fun to set up everything just to burst them down and also sayu who is my main but haven’t been able to set a team for her she fits well for him

I've been procrastinating on building my Neuvillette but I thought I'd do it now but tbh I had no idea where to start lol so I came to your very reliable guides and i must say that neuvi is clearing frfr!! And you've convinced me to pull por his weapon in his rerun xD
So I just recently entered the world of genshin impact mobile. And I didn't have much expectation of wishing for him. But I only got him in 5 wishes :D I was speechless when I saw him on the screen :D I'm a ftp player as well and I'm loving making videos on this game :)
Correction. HP% circlet is BETTER than crit circlet if you have his signature weapon. Usually with his weapon you'll be getting around 240+ CD which is when it starts to scale. For reference my 50/300 with 36k HP build was doing less damage than my 50/245 with 42K HP build.
I'm going to hold off on Nuvillette until after I get the Furina. I want to see what their synergy is going to be like first. I'll probably get his signature weapon instead of his C1.
Best of luck there. I did one 10-pull and got him... which has probably erased any real chance of my getting Furina when she first comes out since she's almost got to show up on that banner slot and I specifically buy welkins to avoid actually gambling with money.
I hated underwater content.. but then i got Neuvillette i love swimming now because i didnt realise hè could do a massive surfacing jump it’s so nice and fluid as well dive Bom❤️❤️😂
The problem is that damage-boosting supports tend to fall into 2 categories: Good with everyone, or great with one character. On one side you have Kazuha. Just fits with anything thats not Dendro, and tends to make it better because hes just that good. And on the other side you have Gorou, Sara, and Faruzan. Very good in their one small niche, but thats it. And as such basically only show up on those niche banners, and only get used and built for that scenarios. The latter really feels bad (doubly so as a 4 star cant be targetted in a banner exactly), and the former is amazing, but also really hard to top. How many universal supports do you need without powercreeping the hell out of the existing one thats already power crepted the rest.
@@Durzaka if you want an actual number I’d say at least 8 5* to have some team variety in the abyss, I agree with you, the 4* characters are a bit of a bother to tater the constellations. This could also be fixed with more support artifact sets and an update to the shop…

I'm loving my lvl 90 Water Daddy with his lvl 90 signature weapon. And I kept going back in forth with myself before he came out as to what good team comps to run with him. And my dumb brain never thought he'd be that flexible (Ohh la la). I'm currently using Nahida, Ei, and Zhongli for a team comp and enemies get killed almost instantly. He's going to be my first triple crowned character too, and i plan on making him my main. Regardless of the rest of Fontaine and with Natlan and Schnez coming out too. I also appreciated the length of the video. It's nice to see damage and explanations from outside sources. Always reminds me and makes me wanna play him. Even if I normal attack the air
A little late but this is where I got Qiqi'd for the first time after quite a good run of winning 50/50s (and getting Keqing) Yeah I hope he has his rerun asap
My favourite characters, and the ones i've spent the most time and effort building, are Nilou and Nahida. I love nahidas range (and strength ofc), and i really enjoy characters that scale on HP such as Nilou. Neuvilette feels like he was made for me lol, he's the perfect DPS in my completely unbiased opinion
Not to mention that Neuvilette can just steal my dps Nilous artifacts. The man is perfect in every way (she's built with 2p Vourukasha's 2p Nymph's. Not his best in slot, but its decent enough)
Alright at first I was not going to pull for him until I've played a lv.70 Neuvillette that cleared up the abyss so easily that I really had to change my mind. He simply makes everything look a cake. Absolutely no regrets!
my neuvillette team is Neuvi,Dehya,Raiden,Nahida! does that work? idk but i get reeaaallyy big numbers combining raiden, dehya, and nahidas Elemental skill
As a new player I love neuvilete and his banner. His play style is so fun and easy. The 4 stars on his banner let me make a synergistic electro burst team. Neuvilete and xianqiu work together with xiang giving water ele shred and resist support. Than fischl and beidou for applying electro and more resist support.
big tip, if u have c1 and want hydro resonance the best options are 1. Chile because he buffs normal attack level 2. Mona because of the ult 3. Barbara, heals help A4 passive, gives hydro bonus damage on c2 and duration is really high for the skill at 20 seconds and 27 second cooldown meaning just 7 second downtime. kokomi just heals and brings nothing else to a neuvillette team
With neuv c1 team comp you can go Childe neuv baizhu kazuha childe as the second hydro for hydro res and for the +1 charge atk talent , baizhu for heal and shield and kazuha for group, elemental dmg and viridescent effect
i got his weapon twice while trying to pull for staff of homa, so i pulled for neuvillette because it would be a waste to not use his r2 weapon. some people have pretty mid builds for him and are clearing floor 12 9 star abyss solo so i might as well
