These editions are one of the most brilliant collections from Penguin! I love them... the idea of making 26 such books is INCREDIBLE! I love the close ups you filmed!!! Love you... You deserve more and more subscribers!
I really want to get this collection but I don’t know if it’s worth my money. I don’t know how many of those books I’d read and I’m not sure how many I’d like. (I’m a huge book collector and a huge reader but I’m not sure if I’d like all these books.)

It is definitely my favorite shelf on my bookcase, maybe one day I’ll make a video showing a bookcase your :) so far I’m lucky that no book has disappointed me but I still have many books to get through ! Have you read any of the books mentioned in this video ? If you did that could be next on my reading list :)

I have read only a few of them Pride & Prejudice, Jane Eyre, Great Expectations, Madame Bovary, Lord of the Flies, Siddhartha, The Joy Luck Club, Candid and the Shadow of the Wind. I have not been disappointed. Tbh, I was more looking for your opinion on other books of the collection to extend my own reading list ;-) Also,. I was surprised it did not include the most famous work of these authors (like for Steinbeck, Ishiguro, Rushdie or O'Hara).
@@OMGGitsCAROL Werent you afraid of buying Drop Cap books that you haven't read before and then end up not liking some of them? I only buy pretty Hard Cover editions of Novels that I've already read (and Loved) on Mass or Trade paperback . This way I'm not losing money on books I'll never read again.
I ordered the collection as a set on sale - too good to pass up haha. But all of the books came highly reviewed so I took the chance :). So far the books have been great!
