When the tank is not fully filled with liquid, waves occur in the liquid with the forward movement of the liquid in sudden stops. These waves can cause accidents. In order to prevent these waves, two perforated sheet metal had to be welded inside the tank. Breakwater sheets prevent the movement of liquids in the tank.

A couple of 2 inch welds holding the spring pads to the axle are not going to last very long. Not with 7000 liters weight on it. What is the purpose of the secondary leaf springs? They dont function very well without a frame tab to land on the ends of the spring. Inner bearing seal??? Usually the inner bearing and then the inner oil seals are installed into the hub . THEN the hub is slid onto the axle.

My friend from Pakistan worked with me for this welding company in South Carolina. He was hands down the best welder that company had. But unfortunately he got fired for too many safety infrastructures. When he left he opened up his on welding shop but that didn't last because of the fines that he kept racking up from OSHA and the Health Department. After that he opened up a liquor/ tobacco store...

7000L of water - that's 7000kg ( 7 tonne or 7.7 US ton). no baffles in the tank and the absolute minimum of welds = death trap. I would question every weld as well, no slag cleanup, they're wearing only sunglasses so I would expect they close their eyes when they weld. It's hard to weld a decent bead when you can't see and don't clean the slag to check.
