Thank you. And I totally get the background thing; it does get quite tedious at times. 😅

For that page: I went over the entire page in watercolor (both sky and water) and completely dried it out overnight, colored the main image with pencils, and then went over the bottom water part with another layer of watercolor. I try to use very little water and always test the transparency of the watercolor on another piece of paper beforehand to get the right effect. Hope this helps. Cheers. 😀
