The reason, I've learned (from books/internet) and practical experience > 90% of the time is overwatering, plain and simple. I have to mark my wall calendar when I water or fertilize. I usually water all my plants at the same time, just in different amounts depending on the plant. It's best to keep it simple.Works for me.
