How can it be that your plasma cutter has much better finish than most of the laser cutter machines? It's unbelievable! What maximum steel thickness can it cut through?

whats the machine hour rate of a multi task cutter like this one? where are the main applications? i'm really curious to know, most parts i can think of don't really match this machine. low quantity parts are probability cheaper made with a laser and an seperate drill press. since programming of a machine like this i a lot more work than a simple cutter. (without drilling and tapping head) high quantity parts are probably faster made with a separated cutter and an cnc-mill. only thing i can think of are large parts, for which you would need an enormous cnc-mill, or parts that are too wide to fit under the drill press. Would be grateful for an answer. Wie hoch ist der Maschinenstundensatz eines solchen Multi-Task-Cutters? Wo sind die Hauptanwendungen? Ich bin wirklich neugierig, da die meisten Teile, die mir einfallen, nicht wirklich zu dieser Maschine passen. Teile mit geringer Stückzahl werden wahrscheinlich billiger mit einem Laser und einer separaten Bohrmaschine hergestellt. Da das programmieren einer solchen maschine aufwändiger ist als mit einem einfachen Cutter. (ohne Bohr- und Gewindeschneidkopf) Hohe stückzahlen lassen sich wahrscheinlich mit einem separaten Schneider und einer CNC-Fräse schneller herstellen. Mir fallen nur große Teile ein, für die man eine riesige CNC-Fräse braucht, oder Teile, die zu breit sind, um unter die Bohrmaschine zu passen. Wäre dankbar über eine Antwort.

Wirklich sehr langsam. Zu lange Anschnitte von gerade in Vase zu viele Messpunkte das Messen dauert ja genauso lange wie das Teil aus brennen👎
