The thing I always notice about this song is the high parts and harmony in the buildup/intro. It's interesting how you mostly ignore it. I guess it's because it's more normal and familiar to you.

9:40 Sorry if this is obvious, but you should realize almost every Umineko song is an infinite loop because it's functionally a video game. When when people turn video game/visual novel music into tracks of finite length, they choose when to cut it off/fade it out. The composer can't write an "outro" like you suggest at 10:30 because the song ends whenever the player/reader gets through enough dialogue.
