I read this Visual Novel 2 years ago. Very unique. Really loved the story, soundtrack, and Voice acting. The author is definitely one of my fav writters

Thank you very much for going through all of the Umineko soundtract, this is such a pleasure listening to you explain all the small nice tricks that make the differents pieces so enjoyable ! Additional information about the song Bore-Ral you were very much surprise by : it's actually quite heavily inspired by Ravel's Bolero (so if you haven't listened to it yet I would recommend it!), and it's even reflected in the name: "Bolero-Ravel" without the letters forming the word "love" (as "without love it cannot be seen" is an important sentence in the game") is "Bore-Ral"!

Very late but I missed the early part of episode 7, but you asked about "shinjitsu" which I will mention means "truth." Japanese has many words for truth, but this word is the most "standard" word for it.

All it takes is the presence of such bangers and such a conclusion is trivial for furudo erica your thoughts?

It'd be also good to listen the unused/alternative tracks in order to get the full experience: -Black Knight - unused track in the Umineko Music Box, it gets used in Rose Guns Days. -Konjiki no Chi Ni Sumeru Mae Ni - Golden Fantasia (a spin-off fighting game) opening. -Ougon no Kiseki o Kanaeru made - Golden Fantasia second opening. -It's Golden Showtime! - Golden Fantasia third opening. -Tomorrow (remix) - also from Golden Fantasia. -Busy Devils - unused track in the Dear Golden Witch album, later used as Piece's theme in Last Note of the Golden Witch. -La Divina Tragedia - the anime ending theme (OH DESIRE) Edit: remembered other two good ones: -Chikai Hibiki no igreja: the first opening in the PS3 version. -Silver Empireo - Saku opening.

I want to take this opportunity to tell everyone who hasn't read this, to do it. Umineko is the best fiction I've ever experienced. There is nothing like it. (And again: DON'T WATCH THE ANIME. I see positive in everything, and rarely drop anime in the first place, but the Umineko anime is horrendously bad. First anime I've ever dropped. The opening is legendary though.) Just as a FYI, Ridicule is a horrendous song for a good reason. A huge and dark plot twist happens at that moment. it's earrape for the reason of being earrape 😅

How hard was it and how long did it take you to be able to play something just by listening to it once? That's amazing!

Please consider reacting to the Triangle Strategy soundtrack. Or at least the battle tracks, which are about an hour total (There's a video for them). The full soundtrack is great though-four hours of bliss. It's a recent and somewhat niche game, but it has incredible music by Akira Senju, who works mainly in film/TV/anime. This is the first game he's scored in years, and he's only done a few. Dunno how Square Enix got him, but it's fantastic stuff.
