Can you help me? I processed a batch of BGA's. I used AR to strip gold from the bottoms and tested solution with a purple tint result so I used the same AR to process the tops after ashing and rinsing, Now my solution is not showing any sign of gold. What could I have done wrong?

You can use direct AR method but you need to broke good ll the parts. Also add some Sulfuric acid or car battery Electrolit, filter the goldless ceramic while is still worm. Let the soluțion cool down or add ice, in 1 hour silver and tin will be precipitated. Filter the soluțion, worm it a bit or put in the sun, neutralize extra nitric with Ureea, filter again or proceed to add SMB or Iron sulfate to precipitate the gold. Simple😁😁😁
