Children Of Universe (lyrics by genius) Watching for a shooting star To fall down from the sky They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time Soft, across the universe Before your very eyes They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time Wondering of the contouring (?) Just what, and how, and why? They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time Of angels, gods, and holy ones They drift, or float, or fly They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time Beyond the clouds they climb Though night may shrink From sight, I blink As daylight winks But stars twinkle on Inside my head ChildrenOf the universe Return again Return to the sun and shine On everyone Everyone Everyone Thinking now of earthly things That wilt, or wear, or die They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time Our lives are ????? They bare them with a sigh They do, they do, you know they do They do from time to time But me, I never mind I roam and come, and go One thing I know is that The stars twinkle on Inside my head Children Of the universe Return again Return to the sun and shine On everyone Everyone Everyone Everyone, everyone, everyone Children, childrenShine on, everyone Shine on, everyone Shine on, everyone Shine on So Long Supernova (lyrics by genius) Felt the gray leaf climb up softly To my bed at the dead of the night Just then the moon seemed to slide outside And cut the room in its light That's when I saw her, holding her head in her hands Touching her tears Oh, transparent lady, what makes you appear? She slowly raised her eyes to meet mine, so she could find Smoky gray, that haunting shine Ohhh, so long, my supernova My starlight, that's what I called you Materialize, so I can hold you Oh Supernova, the dream is over My ghostly lover My supernova Ohh Ohhhh If I seem too nervous, baby It's just that you gave me such a fright A female phantom... You look so lovely Standing there in the moonlight Won't you please answer? So I can believe that you're really real Well, tell me, dream dancer Do you travel with reason to reach out to feel me? I slowly raise my eyes, awakeningIt's just a dream Reality comes ringing in Ooohhh So long, my Supernova And now that the dream is over You're just an echo from an earlier era... A faded image on my dusty mirror My supernova, oh yeah, so long, my Supernova The dream is over So long, my Supernova... My ghostly lover... So long, my Supernova... The dream is over
@@Skullkan6 so far I agree with you... it's a total departure from the sound and feel of First Utterance... it's not "bad" per se, but it's not what I look forward to hearing when I think of Comus..
Just found this album at a record store having never heard or seen of it before then, now, this album is all I know entirely consuming everything. They sound as if they are medieval peasants playing the most insane music. The poetry is like non other from them or now. This album and the First Utterance are albums that come purely where art should come from, the ether
