Girlie, you CANNOT use the rotating brush on wet hair. That’s why it doesn’t work with the spinning action. If you use it on semi dry to dry hair, the results are amazing. I’ve been using the spin brush for years.

I love my infinity pro! The rotating brush takes a little bit to master but it gives so much volume and a good wave to my hair. It also makes it so smooth and shiny!

I am currently researching the hot air brushes both spin and static. It's my understanding that the spin brushes take a little bit of a learning curve and finesse when using them but the curls and volume it creates are fantastic. Thanks Julissa for your videos. I've enjoyed watching them and your opinions. I have naturally curly hair and love the option to straighten when I want.

Conair Spin Brush comes with instructions - it says to use the spin on hair that's about 70% dry. You don't ever read those do you?

I'm glad you compared these. I have the Conair. I've noticed it's best when you use the buttons for tension not a full rotation. It does take me a long time though, so thanks for convincing me that there's something better!

I use the rotating brush on my wet hair all the time. I have never had a problem with it tangling or pulling my hair. My hair is short and this works for me the closest I have come to having my hair styled by a hairdresser. The rotating feature that you do not like is the feature I like best.

I just purchased the conair spin brush today. It was on sale at Walgreens. The instruction manual says it takes some getting used to. I tried it with the spin action and had the same problem you did, but I hope things will improve with practice. I'm not giving up on it yet, because I think the spin feature will do a good job of smoothing out my unruly frizzy hair.

I have one of the Conair and love it. It takes some getting used to because the buttons are really touchy. Once you get the hang of using the rotating brush it leaves the most beautiful effect. You're supposed to brush the hair to the tips then roll it up and leave in place for a short bit. For anyone looking to add volume the Conair can't be beat. This is primarily used for volumnizing and adding curl. You're trying to straighten with it.

Have you found or gotten any replacement brushes? I loved this one and have waves curly hair wet and I didn't need curling iron afterwards but the brushes went to soft after awhile and cant find replacements.

Julissa-it has been a couple years now but the same thing happened to me with the infiniti or some spin brush I bought like that. When I finally got it out of my hair I returned it and a bunch of my hair I could not get out of it, in it-no shame. Thanks for your video. I am hoping to find a brush dryer that definitely does not spin.

I've used the conair version for 10 yrs and I have naturally curly hair. For your length I've said start slowly from the bottom am with rotating feature and work up to the root. It works just takes a little practice.

Oh no the spin action had me worried and then you did it and I screamed with you. Lol I have curly hair and my hair easily gets tangled in brushes and I cannot see myself using the spin option. Need the revelon so bad!!

Hi! I have been using the spinning brush on my wet hair for years and love love love it. You start at the ends, as the hair gets dry you move the blush slowly higher to the roots, the spinning does the pulling my hair needs to get flat. The shine is just amazing. Once you get how it works, it is the fastest solution for me. 20-30 min to get done. The downside is that the bruch is not so durable, it wares out after long-time using. Also the connection with the dryer can break because of the tension pulling the hair. I will have to buy my third set now...

Love my spinning brush gives beautiful shine and don't have to do back and forth strokes so tiring. Once you master the brush you don't take much time on your hair to do.

The conair one- you need to pull up and down as it rotates 😂. There’s a video on RU-vid from them. I have very curly hair and I’ve used it for years and it’s awesome. I am willing to try the Revlon one though but with all the hair I have, I appreciate the brush spinning rather than my wrist.

The conair brush is amazing I had the same problem with the rotating and my hair would get stuck but you just have to work it out and pull the brush down while its spinning as you do with the revlon brush. And i dry it with wet hair and the results are beautiful, so don’t believe everything that they say about it, my hair is curly too and I have no problem with drying it like that.

Thank you for your video. There is a couple things I would like to say. Both dryers are very nice. I have used both. I have shorter hair (shoulder length), my opinion is that the Revlon dryer is best for long hair and the Conair dryer is best for shorter hair. You can use both on wet hair with no problem, its just the length of the hair. Again tks for your video it was informative and helpful.

No, please don't use either on dripping wet hair. They will damage your hair even if you use a heat protectant!

I have an older model of the Conair one, but it didn't come with any attachments. I have seen it on Ulta, Target for more money, but at Walmart it was alot cheaper don't know why. Mine stop spinning reordered, another newer model at Walmart. I think if your not use to the spinning and you have longer hair it takes time/practice to get use to it. I love the rotating and would not buy one that didn't rotate. For me the rotating it's like someone that would be blow drying my hair at a salon. You did get beautiful results with Revlon one, but it would be too much work for my hand to do all the movement that's why I like the rotating. It's just easier for me.

I use the spin brush and I will never go without one, it smooths my hair like nobodies business... when I need to dry faster I get my section going with the spinbrush , then I grab my babyish dryer and use it on the outside.

The rotate one works wonderfully once you learn to use the other button to unroll it, only thing is the bristles go soft to soon and haven't found replacement ones.

Based on your previous video of the Revlon One step hair and volumizer dryer and the knock off version , I purchased the Revlon one. I have coarse , wavy hair and I I am Latina. I brought it home and tried it on my dry hair, I used it for about 10-15 minutes and was amazed with the shiny, straight, and soft results that I got. Thank you so much for helping this 50-year-old mom get a blowout at home and not have to go to the hair salon to do this. You’re amazing! You’re a very intelligent, talented and beautiful young lady. So I got the infinitpro as a gift and I used it for the first time yesterday. I came on here to watch a video to see if I was doing it right and with the help of your video, I definitely was. I am definitely not a fan of the infinitpro. I literally got my hair stuck in that device when I hit the rotating button and about burned my ear. It took FOREVER to finish styling my hair and was very difficult to style when I stopped using the rotating button (because that was a definite FAIL) going to give this to the good will and purchase the revlon.

Heather, please view other reviews as she didn’t follow the instructions on how to properly use the rotating spin brush. She was using it when her hair was way too wet and her sections were too big.

Revlon has been making other styles of blow drying brushes in the past and so has conair. The older style Revlon brush would over heat and stop working almost right away. The older style Conair that does not spin actually did work. I would never use a motorized spin product in my hair due to the risk of getting it all tangled up in my hair.

Conair did it first, I had that brush several years ago, at least 10!and I loved it! I just got another one. You just to learn how to use it! You did everything wrong, you’re expecting use it the same way you’re using the Revlon.

What I like about the conair brush is that if is found I like the curl I get when I use a round brush but the revlon is oval so it doesn’t give the same curl

The smaller boar bristle brush with smaller sections will give you more of a wave/loose curl. Which is also why it was taking longer. You were taking bigger sections with a smaller brush and not staying on them until they were dry.

I have both the brushes, and the Revlon is under the sink, and I haven''t used it in months. Watch a few videos on how to use the spinning brush, and try it again. My frizz is gone, and my hair is soft and shiny. It does take a little longer to dry my hair using the Infiniti Pro, but I have to style my hair after using the Revlon tool. Once you learn how to use the spin brush, you will love it.

the way you use the rotating conair brush is by holding the rotating button so you have a continuous rotation as you flow down the hair piece (with the flow ofc)

Guys, if you have a Sally's around and need a dryer similar to the Revlon, they have one made by Hot Tools that is exactly the same as Revlon, is a bit higher in price but if you are desperate to have one and really can't get your hands on the Revlon this other one is an excellent option and it works just as well. I got mine from Hot Tools at Sally's on special last week (hope this helps somebody)
