Like 90% of the time I think Ramee/Conan take it too far, but I think he is totally in the right on this. Car got legit repod because he didn't bother to come into the city to make his payments. Then when he decided he would come back he wanted everything handed back to him. And fine even if he had RL stuff come up that made it so he couldn't get on as often, he could have arranged for someone to make payments for him like summit does when he knows he wont be on for a while. Who else that got their car legit repoed, and then sold to two different buyers could then show back in the city and get their car back like that.
@@joeker022 it went through the same procedure everyone else get who stops playing for 3 months. They even put it on the forums. The fact he couldn't even be bothered to check the forums after 3 months shows how little he was staying updated on the game. He just wanted his car back, threw a fit and found a loophole so that he could get it back. Otherwise they would never be able to repo anyone's car who stops playing bec they would be behind a magic " you can't reach me so you can't repo my stuff" shield.
@@727HUGHES from my understanding to be a proper repo u need to notify the owning party about the repo job threw goverment website (nopixel.net) with a 72 hr wait time for them to make payments, if not replied or pay after the 72 hr it becomes a legal repo. He was never notify threw the website and repo job took place within the 72hrs even if he was notify so the repo is deen illegal n void. 1 judge took the case but when the case happen there where another 2 judges giving there thoughts on the matter to main judge.
@@joeker022 none of the repo go to procedure lolol. Thta is a bullshit excuse because no one gets notified of their car being repossesed and give them 72 hours. But now with this case it was a big deal and they used it. If that's the case, plenty of people crims and civs can go to the court for the same shit, but that;s not what is the norm in the server. The norm is as soon as it is 15 days they can get repo'ed.
@@joeker022 I will admit I didn't watch the court case and was piecing together just what Conan and other people had been saying and was under the impression that they had put it on the nopixel site but that he was basing it off they didn't contact him personally. Now if they did post it on the nopixel site but then didn't wait the 72 hours I could understand there being more of a bases for a case because they jumped the gun. Do you know which is the case?
Although they both have valid points, I think Conan put the most logical argument down, with plenty of evidence to back it. This isn't a simple black/white yes/no scenario, but amazingly Conan had a concrete stand point
Did you watch Aleks vods for the weeks leading up to this? It was an extremely interesting case that he thought original would have went nowhere until some other people started adding to the RP and it actually became much bigger than the car. His original RP was just I blame the DOJ and it eventually turned into PD vs DOJ

Why? Aleks is one of the most positive Rpers and literally stopped Conan from being fired. Just because his character is a hardass doesn't mean Aleks hasn't had an extremely positive impact on HC.

@@ziwosbunker4073 sorry it's just a lot of Ramee fans and him himself are throwing shit at Aleks recently. But even then I don't understand why Bobby has to go when the only people that have a problem with him in game are Ramee and Rated who are bringing OCC into their characters.
@@ziwosbunker4073 the PD is the least strict it's ever been. And Bobby is the best mix of serious and fun HC has ever had. But HC has to be strict with the "fun" cops or what's the point of even have HC? Conflict RP is entertaining and can be extremely fun as long as the people playing aren't taking things personally. Which has been the biggest issue. I remember when Bobby 1st became Chief he had a lot of conflict with Brian and Mehdi loved it.
I think HC is so fukt. I think koil has to step in. The attitudes of hc is not good for the server. End of story, too much cop simulator feeling and not enough rp , just send them to jail
Wtf Aleks is one of the best and most positive RPers on the server. People that don't watch him just assume that's him and not his character talking. Just because Ramee cant separate RP and IRL doesn't mean others can't. Btw he plays V who was close with CG and is the main reason Conan wasn't fired.
