If you don't make payments on your house on time it doesn't automatically get repo'd you first get a warning and after the warning is when they take the assets. It's the same principle. That's how the law works. It doesn't matter if the seller told you after 15 days it can be repo'd they still need to give you a warning of repossession before taking it. This can also apply to evictions, etc. At the end of the day the guy who sells you the car doesn't read you the entire contract so to think that only what the seller says is the case, it would be flawed since he only tells you the most relevant part.

They literally have it better than ever with Aleks there. They clearly won't be happy until they run PD. Aleks literally plays V and bent over backwards for them and they still assume he is against them even when Aleks said Conan was going to lose cop until Aleks stepped in and shut that down.
Honestly just tired of the Ramee doing the whole "its just RP" and "there is nothing OOC going on" when you know all his characters are just OOC. He may be trying to play roles as conan but he always brings OOC stuff into it...later on he mentions the stuff that happens at academy and that was all OOC, especially since bobby was using his own voice and rib poking at him with the rest of the cops but then he brings it up like it was canon when when its not. Just getting heated over the fact that he got played by his own boi in the end and then blaming it on high command
Yeah the academy shit has always confused me cause parts of it is ic n part is ooc atleast thats how it was in the past, i watched like an hr of the latest one n seemed like it was ooc. Imo it should be all ic, i dk how they dont teach academy through rp. This whole situation is fucked up, copper is talking like bobby owned the vehicle like it was stolen by a criminal and then sold which in that case what shes saying would be true, but that's not the case. The vehicle was authorized by the owner (dealership) to the repo company (doj in np land) to repo the car. When you finance anything its rightful owner is whoever you financed through (bank or dealership). Now the car was resold prior to the 3 day notice so whoever made that call is the one liable which i assume thats the dealership. In that case they give all his money back he paid or replace it with another vehicle. And lets be real if it was anybody other then aleks, or ardson as judge this leap of logic wouldn't be happening. They'd say pay your bills next time n heres your money.
