My biggest issue with the North is the incessant rain - same with the jungle. I built up there the first time I played Conan and had to move. Too much like winter in Tasmania.
I try to build up there every time I start a new server up, but the rain falling through my building is more than I can handle and I always end up moving.
Umm, but, the thunderstorms are great. They really nailed the sound in this game. Thunder and lightning are a great spectacle. Battled a 3 skull Undead Dragon at night, with thunder and lightning crashing all around us, him belching fire and roaring into the night sky and in the middle of it a meteor shower screamed in just overhead. Truly an epic gamer moment. Will never forget it. Sometimes a little rain is not a bad thing...
We currently took all of Telith's island for ourselves. We built our base on top of the ruins and we have an altar where the lore tablet is (you can only see the tip). I'll miss that bear cub spawn though.
Love this 💙 My go-to build spot is the little flat plateaus next to Godsclaw Passage. I'm glad to see some new Highland spots I might want to check out! Definitely hope you keep going with this series, I have yet to find anywhere in the jungle that looked like a good spot to build!
I don't, but it's something I could build in the future. It was a really quick throw-together so I could likely make it a bit more interesting with some extra thought
I've got a castle on the land barrier just east of new Azagoth. On top of the little peninsula cliff thing that's right next to the pond. My main complaint is just how dark the highlands are at night. With how big and full the moon always is I should be able to *see*.
On exiled lands i like the spot about halfway between the den and new asgard. Id love to see some different siptah spots , i get so bored with siptah spots i pick and have been playing on siptah for awhile :(
I recently discovered your channel and have been avidly binge watching, thanks so much for the fantastic content. Will you be doing some more mod showcases in the future? Your video on the Fashionista mod was top tier, if you could maybe look at explaining the Thralls are Alive mod, as it's one that's quite complicated to figure out and I think I'm not using it to its full potential.
I am indeed gonna work on some more mod showcases! I was planning to do so just before Update 3.0 got announced so I postponed them until they're stable and updated. Some of them already are, so I'll definitely cover them :)
Side note observation. In the beginning the camera is moving in and everything thing really close is constantly rendering in. Don't like that. Quality vs performance. I'll take performance over the quality version any day. That constant change ruins immersion
I did indeed! I don't have any specific build guides for the builds shown in this video, but you're not the only one to request it, so I'll likely make a dedicated build guide for the 2nd and 3rd location builds at least
It's mainly a Siptah thing with the Convergence Trap. I had a quick check on the wiki as to what the "Unstable ?" actually does and that's was about all that was covered, though it didn't say for sure if it had been tested in TEL and I haven't tested it myself, though I do imagine it works. It'd just be incredibly slow as the Blood Moon Beast's demons are the only sources in TEL that I know drop the item needed.
I guess sorcery does utilize both but I mean the blood becoming popular part. Never really needed black blood before but everyone needs demon blood for dragon powder.
@@divineentity223 Oh yeah Black Blood does have some more uses now. I know Demon Blood is used for quite a few things, making of Children of Jhil a safe bet for utility
