How many times have I played a game and missed out on stuff because I did not understand some of the most basic mechanics of the game. Thank you for making this video.
I was the same way when first playing this one. It took me a while before I started to get a grasp on some of the inner workings and even those can become confusing. Glad this one was able to help you out some.

I got a problem with Apprentice Mason, got plenty of points, I can see it but when I click on it nothing happens, but please don't tell me this is a bug because that's not possible, game is up to date, so not a bug for sure, just tell me what I should do in order to complete this quest, should I just build whatever I see on the right under teaches? because I got a hammer already and I can build but I ran out of twine, that's another huge issue, so as soon as I build everything under teaches the quest will be completed? Apprentice mason doesn't even show any requirements.
Hoping someone can answer this for me, I do not have a feat menu? I have all those other tabs on the top but no feat. New to game, love it but trying to learn what to do at what level etc (need to repair a weapon I have from dragon, but need star first etc)
You probably could of added what feats to work on unlocking - as a new player myself I am struggling to figure out what things are actually useful to unlock in the beginning that is going to help me now instead of random things I might need in the future. Also really struggling to figure out what the point to this game is and what your meant to do. been on youtube for a few hours watching videos still trying to figure it out lool
That is one of the biggest things I have found a problem in the game. They give absolutely no direction of what a player should do. Feats worth unlocking depends on your play style to be honest. It is one of those "choose your own adventure" type deals when trying to figure it out. There is also a potion one can make that resets all of these so you can redo them. I really do not think this game has an "End Game" from what I saw when playing.
@@MagicFlyinPotato The feats are also very confusing - I've unlocked a couple of weapons and a couple of items - but I can't find them anywhere to craft them, they don't show in my inventory, or at the black smith or carpenters places, no where from what I can see :/ the game is really fun until your progression gets halted. having to spend more time looking up where certain resources are and how to get get certain things, instead of actually playing the game
So I'm personally allergic to sandstone. How does this work for my character? Am I able to acquire a doctor's note? Also, my character being a woman. I understand carpentry is out of the question. However, Shouldn't she already know how to cook? Joking aside. Thanks for the tips.Great Video. I can't wait to get started.
Sleep under the stars and don't worry about a house maybe? I think you can find a Shaman up North to give you a note...or maybe they'll just eat you and then you won't have to worry about it.
