This is why I loved this show. I never cared for what the celebrities/guests have to say, but these bits were GOLD.

Underrated bit of Conan's 'character' humour in this remote - first time round he says he's the spiritual leader for over 3000 Conan staff members, second time round the number grows to 4000, third time it's burgeoned to over 10k, even after the HR lady told him it's around 185 - the bit itself is a classic Michael Scott mix of delusion, exaggeration and narcissism 😄 but more importantly he can't even keep his own delusions consistent.. Just love it 😂

The whole thing is hilarious, but Conan's interaction with Matthew Kramer is pure unscripted gold to me.
