UV connectors are suitable for outside use in protected conditions (Service Class 2 according ti EN1995-1-1). If you need concealed connectors for outside use in not protected conditions (Serivce class 3 according to EN1995-1-1) we recommend to have a look to our LOCK T or connectors. They are available both in raw aluminum or in aluminum with a special coating. Moreover you can choose between several type of screws, in order to suit your needs in terms of durability. Thank you! The UV-T system is CE certified through the designated ETA. It can use the locking screw to make the connection bilateral (in two directions). It also has lateral resistance properties and allows for higher levels of resistance.

Shhhhhhh!! Ja, they are ridiculously, ludicrously, insanely expensive. Small ones start at $74 each, lol.

So what . many other connectors are certified and just as effective at a fraction of the cost .
