Every box has to be able to carry the load of the array. It's all about the four pins that hold the top box to the fly bumper. For this rig we had 1 two ton motor on the downstage and 2 one ton motors on the upstage. This hang was 22 boxes at roughly 4600 lbs. The entire system on this tour was 36 motors for audio including 60ft cable bridges.
