I'm surprised to not see a 3 bay sink in addition to the hand wash sink. I thought that was required just about everywhere. Regardless, pretty awesome rig!
Hey, I'm looking for a BBQ trailer with 6 45 pound fryers, a large fridge, beverage dispenser and a smoker. I'm hoping to keep it all self sufficient fed on propane. Is that possible?
Thanks. I just posted the new Dougie Dog Hot Dog Food truck if you want to have a look at that one. For this one the health code was two warewash sinks and a separate hand wash sink. The size of the sink was dependent on the size of objects that needed to be cleaned.
Question: Why two sinks for sanitation when DEC goes for three and one hand wash?....and where do you do the vegetable wash? If I am missing something please let me know.
