Can you tell me what material is used for your white walls and cabinets? For your cabinets are they custom built?

@morillos05 Hi, yes it is this one is being used for Doners. We custom make everything but we buy the equipment from various restaurant supply places.

I'm surprised to not see a 3 bay sink in addition to the hand wash sink. I thought that was required just about everywhere. Regardless, pretty awesome rig!

Hey, I'm looking for a BBQ trailer with 6 45 pound fryers, a large fridge, beverage dispenser and a smoker. I'm hoping to keep it all self sufficient fed on propane. Is that possible?

Thanks. I just posted the new Dougie Dog Hot Dog Food truck if you want to have a look at that one. For this one the health code was two warewash sinks and a separate hand wash sink. The size of the sink was dependent on the size of objects that needed to be cleaned.

Question: Why two sinks for sanitation when DEC goes for three and one hand wash?....and where do you do the vegetable wash? If I am missing something please let me know.
