Hello. I fish those same deep drop rigs. Next time crimp a snap swivel were you put the weight so you can remove it and put away the rig easy.

Exactly as I would do captain, looks scrumptious!!! but for my taste I’d chop the conch smaller and make them more like a fritter... bigger ratio of batter to conch.

I have a few questions, I notice you make it a point not to show your face. And on the crooked boat episode you would not divulge the boat manufacturer. Was wondering why you choose not to. Also I loved the videos of you modifying and updating the boat! Great job! Will be catching up with your channels as due to covid 19 here in New Jersey, we are more or less in lock down and there’s not much to do. But thanks to you and other on RU-vid we can at least live vicariously thru your channels.

Ok Capt for one that's not conch fritters it's more like cracked conch. fritters are made from a batter crack conch is made with flour or breading like what you did.. but still good eating

That's some good eating captain have you tried complete seasoning on your Seafood out in the ocean, I see a lot of boats still pulling up in your video that's probably why your boat is rocking back and forth a lot of the other people's on the other boats see a true Captain cooking good food.

You should pound the conch boss before you cook it.
