Pittington Brass are an entertaining Brass Band located in the North East of England, UK. As part of Dementia Care week the band were asked to play at the Hawthorns Care Home, based in Peterlee. The highlight of the performance was a Flugal horn solo played by Joe Armstrong, an active band member.
Concerto de Aranjuez is a brass band favourite and became famous for its rendition in the classic film “Brassed Off.” It is affectionately known as “Orange Juice”
