Hi Remy, I had a really rough concussion a couple years ago and felt every symptom you mentioned 💜. Please know that it does get better and it can feel like fits and starts during the process. I can speak and think normally now and some of the techniques I learned during the process are still useful in my life. Sending you grace, patience, and hoping each step of your journey is a healing one 💕

So true! t's really interesting to hear your entrepreneurial experiences in this video. I had an online store for the last 5/6 years and it was just non-stop fixing issues etc. Definitely learned a lot, but now that I focus on just social media it's so much less stress lol.

Hoping you have a speedy recovery! I’d love to know what the plans are for the matcha that did not meet your quality control. I’m sure a lot of your followers would still be happy to purchase it at a discounted price. Liah Yoo from Krave Beauty did something similar. Would highly recommend listening to her discuss it in more detail on the podcast episode of Voice Hugs. It would be a shame for that matcha to go to waste

Sending you well wishes! I've had multiple concussions and they were so rough to get through. You have to be a sloth 🦥 and that's the opposite of my personality.

What helped me with same issue and chronic cluster migraines are migraine glasses. Two companies i use are theraspecs and axon optics. Plus i don't have a tv, computer and very low light around my house. These glasses will help with light sensitivity, screen and swelling of the brain. Hope you get better and things will get better.

It sounds like you may have aphasia which is a speech impediment after trauma to the brain. My brother who suffered and survived a stroke a few years ago has aphasia. He wants to say one thing but something else comes out. It’s also like his words are jumbled up inside his head so it can be difficult to form a sentence. Best wishes for your recovery!
