The recipe calls for 225g of sugar. It's about three quarters of a cup to 1 cup of sugar, but you can use half a cup to lessen the sugar content if you prefer. Thanks for your comment.
These look very good. We in the US, have a similar cookie without the added sugar but added cocoa powder and then crushed cookies or digestive biscuits for the flour. They are very good. Oh, they can be rolled in some peanuts or whatever nuts You like best. 😊👍🏼👋🏼
